Description of problem:
[GUI] > 'Cancel' button on Import networks window under Networks tab is not responding and window is not closing after importing network from external provider.

I'm not sure if we have 2 bugs here or maybe it's the same bug.

When opening the Import networks window under Networks tab, 'cancel' button is not responding.
If importing a network from external provider, the window is not closing as used to be on 3.5.1, but import network is successful. the only way to close this window is with 'x' button.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create network on external provider
2. RHEV-M > Go to Networks tab> Import> Import networks window and try to press the 'cancel button
3. Import network to RHEV-M 

Actual results:
'Cancel' button not responding.
Import network succeed, but window is not closed. 
Only 'x' is responding.

Expected results:
'Cancel' button should work.
Import networks window should be closed after importing network to RHEV-M

Target release should be placed once a package build is known to fix a issue. Since this bug is not modified, the target version has been reset. Please use target milestone to plan a fix for a oVirt release.
