Description of problem:
cannot open console when VM is started RunOnce-Paused mode, it's clear regression.

1. have a vm, run once -> pause mode
2. open console (spice) while it is paused

Verified with rhevm-3.6.0-0.15.master.el6.noarch according to description.
tried with both run and runonce actions.

oVirt 3.6.0 has been released on November 4th, 2015 and should fix this issue.
If problems still persist, please open a new BZ and reference this one.
