Actual results: You can't see HE-VM within the WEBUI until you add default SD to the engine. Expected results: HE-VM should be shown regardless default SD configured or not, as it has nothing in common with HE-VM's storage. Additional info:
This won't fix as this is a behaviour change. Tal, I know storage blocked importing a VM when there is no active DC altogether so can you add a docText for the bug you had on it so it will be clear?
