Description of problem:
[Templates] > Can't create new VMs from templates via the Templates main tab.

If trying to create new VM via the Templates main tab based on a template, and to approve operation by pressing the 'ok' button, nothing happens, vm is not created, only the 'cancel' button is working, 'ok' button is not working.

- New VM based on a template via the Virtual Machines main tab is working ok.

 3.6.0-0.12.master.el6

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to create new VM based on template via the 'Templates' main tab and to approve operation by clicking the 'ok' button.

Actual results:
Nothing happens. VM is not created.

Expected results:
New VM based on a template via Templates main tab should work as expected.
