Description of problem:

Hello,

Red Hate Enterprise Linux currently contains few empty rpms (mainly debuginfo rpms).

We'd like to make sure that such rpms won't make it trough our release process.


This would be catched on two sides.

1) RTT should write tests that will be used for new Major updates (rpmdiff is skipped)
2) rpmdiff test for updates/minor releases

I'll clone this bug to rpmdiff and redhat-release for currently active products.

See list of blockers for actual reports of empty debuginfo packages.

Hi Marian, do you know if RTT has such test implemented? (I see an QE ack here so I expect that it should be possible to implement such test)
