Description of problem:
The cockpit websocket (ws) component reads from /dev/urandom during authentication initialization. If this read is interrupted or incomplete, the initialization will fail and Cockpit will not be able to initiate a user session.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Affects current upstream (0.93) and all previous versions.

How reproducible:
Rarely to never on most configurations.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Interrupt read during Cockpit authentication initialization

Actual results:
No login possible.

Expected results:
Login possible.
