Description of problem: [ALL LANG] All contents are unlocalized in Hosts -> Host Collections. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Satellite 6.2.0 GA Snap 12.0 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Access Satellite login page with target locale. 2. Click Hosts -> Host Collections. 3. Click on any name from the list. 4. Click New Host Collection button. Actual results: [ALL LANG] All contents are unlocalized in Hosts -> Host Collections. We are going to track unlocalized strings in this single bug as we believe that there is a build issue preventing the translations from showing up. once we get the majority of the translations showing up we can go back to individual bugs if we need to.

VERIFIED Version Verified In: * Snap 19 * satellite-6.2.0-19.0.el7sat.noarch * tfm-rubygem-katello-3.0.0.57-1.el7sat.noarch Steps to verify: 1) Log into the app 2) Switch the language to German 3) Navigate to several Katlelo pages including: * Lifecycle Environments * Products * Subscriptions (and manifest manegement) * Content Hosts * Activation Keys The translations are correct at the build level.
