A backport was merged in stable/queens. This should be available as soon as the downstream stable/queens branch is updated.

I see this patch is already present in openstack-glance-16.0.1-2.el7ost and we already shipped that version (https://access.redhat.com/downloads/content/rhel---7/x86_64/6671/openstack-glance/16.0.1-2.el7ost/noarch/fd431d51/package). Closing this one.
