This BZ is to be used as tracker for all BZs working toward supporting Octavia OVN driver in OSP. This is a cross-team and cross-project effort.

This issue has conditional approval for 16.1 Z1 release, it must be in the first compose and tested before release of 16.1.1. If not, we will move to TM=Z2.

Moving back to ON_QA as this bug has yet to be verified.  Looks like a bot changed it's state because the code is in the z1 build.
