Add a warning to Section 11: Migrating Virtual Machines Between Compute Nodes [1] in the Director Installation and Usage guide explaining that live migration is not possible if the guest has a NUMA topology, either implicitly via use of CPU pinning or explicitly via use of the 'hw:numa_nodes' extra spec. The only exception is for roles that use OVS-DPDK.
