Red Hat Bugzilla – Bug 17846
Installation on HP Kayak XA fails after formatting the drives
Last modified: 2007-04-18 12:28:39 EDT
The beta Pinakle has been running fine but the Redhat 7 release doesn't:
The installation tool stops copying the packages nearly immediatelly with
this error message - I really don't like the pathnames :

Since the root partition is 2 GByte, insufficent disk space is not the

Are you doing an upgrade or install?
What is the mount point /c configured as?
This looks like bug 17840.
Related to bug 17886?
Not mounting the NTFS partition (was /c) during installation did the trick.
Thanks for your help.
