This bug was originally meant for rhos-16, rhos-16.1 was tracked by this one https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1801143

As https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1801143 has been VERIFIED and CLOSED by errata and this bug's target release has been changed to rhos-16.1, I can safely mark this bug as duplicate of 1801143 and consider it resolved.
