This bug tracks OSP17+ using cephadm in place of ceph-ansible to integrate RHCSv5 For context of how large the scope is, consider that OSP{12,13,14,15,16) use ceph-ansible to integrate RHCSv{2,3,4}. This bug includes the BZs for the MVP of this solution. I.e. the minimum changes necessary to deliver a working integration.
