I reverted the move from PDF::API2 to PDF::Builder in Fedora because of a bad license of perl-PDF-Builder (bug #1894911). Fedora will stay like that until perl-PDF-Builder upstream removes the Artistic license. This allows Fedora to upgrade gscan2pdf to 2.10.0 and beyond.
