Description of problem:
both selinux-policy and cockpit provide the same file

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
cockpit-243-1.fc34


Steps to Reproduce:
1. try installing selinux-policy-doc and cockpit-ws

Actual results:
both packages provide %{_mandir}/man8/cockpit_session_selinux.8.gz and %{_mandir}/man8/cockpit_ws_selinux.8.gz

Expected results:
be able to install both

Additional info:
This was introduced to the cockpit package 2 days ago

it seems to have been present in selinux for at least a year

Thank you for the report.
We are aware of this issue and we managed to block Fedora 33 [1] update but Fedora 34 slipped through.
We are working on a fix.
