Description of problem:
After we upgrade from 2.4 to 2.5, we noticed a large performance drop especially in the Managed clusters and Applications page. I'm noticing it's more slow with the dynamic plugin. We tried removing every cluster claim to rule out a similar issue we faced previously (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2069698) but it is still very slow.

Perhaps coincidental, I noticed multicloud (acm standalone) was usable until I switch to the OCP console/unified view, where the entire app became very slow. Going back to multicloud it then appeared slow as well. Is there some caching being done?

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ACM 2.4.3-DOWNSTREAM-2022-04-13-07-05-00 → 2.5.0-DOWNSTREAM-2022-04-20-06-50-05
Hub AWS OCP 4.10.9

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create/import several different set of managed clusters on ACM 2.4.3
2. Upgrade from ACM 2.4.3 to 2.5
3. Observe slowness, gets worse overtime

Comment 1 Rafat Islam 2022-04-21 15:23:01 UTC
Application Lifecycle is also affected by this issue. Application table is taking time to load in the dynamic plugin and the standalone console.

Comment 2 dhuynh 2022-04-27 19:21:50 UTC
After upgrading from `2.4.3-DOWNSTREAM-2022-04-13-07-05-00 → 2.5.0-DOWNSTREAM-2022-04-26-10-05-22`, we no longer see the performance drop.
