Kindly start work on LSB 5.0 for Fedora.
LSB 5.0 is from 2015 and incompatible with Fedora. In particular, there is no AArch64 support in LSB 5.0, and it would be a significant effort to develop an SDK that can target LSB 5.0 for the remaining architectures. Security support for the obsolete libraries that are part of LSB 5.0 is also a burden, and this work would not benefit users of Fedora applications.
If Fedora made an effort, others like Debian would follow. Also, Linux Foundation can be encouraged to release a new minor/major version of LSB addressing current roadblocks.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 38 development cycle. Changing version to 38.
