This bug was initially created as a copy of Bug #2031940 Please branch and build python-rpmautospec-core in epel10. We'd like to add Mock in bug 2304166 into EPEL10 but python3-rpmautospec-core is a prerequisite.
This also needs bugs filed for the run-time dependencies of python-pygit2, libgit2, http-parser, and libssh2. https://pagure.io/releng/issue/12266

The replacement (llhttp) is part of AppStream in CS/RHEL 10. * libgit2 does not depend on libssh2 when built with RHEL macros; that's only pulled in because the Fedora package was tagged into the override. I'm working on getting official maintainership status on libgit2 and pygit2 to branch them for EPEL 10.
