Description of problem:
Upgrade is disruptive. One need to unmount NFS exports, do upgrade and then remount NFS exports. This is unacceptable to most of the customers.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade from Ceph 7.x to 8.0z3+ / 8.1


Actual results:
Upgrade is not smooth, Need manual intervention and it's disruptive.

Expected results:
Upgrade should be smooth & live. No downtime.
