i posting this into bugzilla because it is listed in the rpm info and built
i tried to install kde 2.1 on redhat 7.0 and it has this missing
dependencies. "arts" seems to the main one. arts is not even available for
7.0 as rpm.
kde 2.1 for redhat 6.x or wolverin seems to be ok.

I've fixed this in ~packager yesterday, but I don't have sufficient
access to ftp.kde.org to update ftp.
