Request Tracker is currently at version 3.6.7 in rawhide, while the current upstream version is 3.8.1.

I am already working on it.

Unfortunately, rt-3.8.1 requires a bunch of new perl-modules, which still are missing in Fedora.

All of this bug's dependencies are marked CLOSED NEXTRELEASE, presumably for F10.  Is this rpm good to go, then?

It looks like RT 3.8 is in F10 updates now, so I'm going to go ahead and close this.
