1. Feature Overview:
Feature Id:	[201676]
a. Name of Feature:	Improve checking mechanisms and workflow of Linux on System z Anaconda install
process

b. Feature Description
There should be better syntactic and also (if possible) semantic checking of user input. On
syntactically or semantically wrong answers, the user should have the possibility to correct entries
immediately. After having specified all necessary parameters, anaconda should present an overview
of all user input and give the user the choice to correct single user-chosen entries without
starting all over again. If anaconda is unable to configure vital devices, the user should be
presented meaningful error messages.

The corresponding architecture specific installation documentation should be updated accordingly.

"Updated patches as discussed in RHEL 5.4 Installer eSDT to reflect correct
handling/user interaction of MAC address with Layer2 devices and text for
CTC for migration purposes, which remains deprecated".

BTW, this is also fixes the part in linuxrc.s390 of RH bug 465174 - Incorrect DNS format on s390 causes traceback. Additionally, this also includes support for syntax checking of IPv6 DNS addresses (using comma as separator instead of colon, of course).
