cobbler daemon sends a trace back on restarting the satellite

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install a 530 satellite
2. create the first user 
3. /usr/sbin/rhn-satellite restart
  
Actual results:
web traceback  email

Expected results:
no trace back
