Related to bug 476207 and bug 509187, I can verify all at the same time.
Verified: 1. On (ISS master) create a custom channel and rhnpush a package into the channel. 2. On (ISS slave) satellite-sync -c <custom channel> Worked as expected with no ISE observed.

Successfully iss synced a custom base channel with 6 packages without any error or exception. Stage validated -> RELEASE_PENDING
