i have notebook with wifi connection enabled by networkmanager applet. abrt service start before any network interface as system startup. as result abrt cant get internet access and resolv internet names correctly.

Which version are we talking about? Can you try to restart the daemon after you connect to the network and try it again? There is a patch in git that should fix this problem and will be a part of next release.

abrt-0.0.11-1.fc12.i686 (f12+rawhide)

after restart deamon abrt get able to report bugs to bugzilla, and start resolve it name.
