make the installer a little nicer to use. You can now: a) see if you already have an existing schema or not, and if you do, elect to delete it and overwrite it with a new, empty set of RHQ tables or to keep it and upgrade it b) test your connection properties to make sure they are valid and can communicate with your database c) create a "rhqadmin" user (and an "rhq" database, if postgres) if all you have is a completely empty database server with no users/databases (i.e. you just installed the database server but did nothing else)
