Description of problem:
The paginator element for the "Content Providers Associated With This Repository" table is not rendering a total count.  Please see the attached screenshot.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a repository
2. create an RHN Hosted content provider
3. associate the content provider with the repository
4. Open the repository and look at the table titled "Content Providers Associated With This Repository"
  
Actual results:
The Total count is not displayed.

Expected results:
The Total count should match the number of rows in the table.

Additional info:
This defect was found while trying to create an automated GUI test within ContentTests.java

validated.. that this is a separate bug from 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=546074

Temporarily adding the keyword "SubBug" so we can be sure we have accounted for all the bugs.
