This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Updated patch seems to work correctly. Verified using reproducers on package  procps-3.2.8-16.el6.{x86_64,i686,ppc64,s390x}

- "vmstat -d" displaying 31 character long device name:
