Removal of Take will require more administration from lab-admins/system-owners including loaning systems and tracking them and may be more.

Allow one to queue Loan (permissions-allowing).

This is a similar use-case than Reserve-Workflow, but with the user having more control.

With reserve machine is provisioned once for given time.
This time can be extended and when it expires machine is repossessed.
The system can be returned manually earlier.

Loan-Workflow would be same pattern, but instead of provisioning the system, it would Loan the system to requester.

Things to sort-out:
- permissions
  - which users are allowed to schedule loan
  - which systems are available for loan
  - an approval system - see Bug 629901
- watchdog
  - watchdog for tracking systems

The watchdog could be managed by creating a tracking job. This would not install anything, but would start and on EWD would return the machine.

Whiteboard could be used for metadata, e.g. the reason for loan which would be helpful for longer-term loans to track the job and for the rest of users to see why's the system in use.
