Just an update. Name has been changed to MozCurveBlue to avoid use of a Bluecurve trademark. File version is up to 0.5.
Updated releases. MozCurveBlue 0.7 for Mozilla 1.2.1 MozCurveBlue 0.8 for Mozilla 1.3 Available for download at http://www.users.bigpond.net.au/gavindi/
Put this theme into fedora core 1 please, I really dislike how mozilla stands out and ruins that unified feal to the desktop. With this theme installed its all good.

Reassigned to Chris since he touched the bug last. Is this even relevant anymore?
Mozilla is getting old and crusty, firefox is the new thing, and that has the looks that is clamored for in this bug. It uses the active GNOME icon theme and looks exactly like the screenshots here. This work won't happen for Mozilla, so closing this WONTFIX.
