Description of problem:

When installing more than one compute node , nova network manager info must be copied to all nodes.

We should support different types of nova network manager in packstack

such as Vlan.manager ... , otherwise we need to do it manually 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

this one also mentions Vlan.manager but

This is a setup that may be covered by quantum in the future, but if quantum support is added soon then it may be dropped.

In this case nova-network service is installed only on controller.

Still customer that wants more than one compute node will need the configuration to be spread amoung all compute nodes

Can you explain this a little further, packstack always places nova configurations on the servers its needed on. If your talking about multi host for HA then that covered in another bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=902370

There are three different network managers types on nova network

http://docs.openstack.org/folsom/openstack-compute/admin/content/configuring-networking-on-the-compute-node.html

The default used on RHOS is DHCPFlatManager
while in upstream default is VlanManager.

VlanManager , requires also to se which interface will be used for VLANs

so it will be great to support different network manager types
