* Disks -> Add -> External (Direct Lun) - if there's a Direct Lun already in use FOR ANOTHER DISK (not storage domain), it's in-Use field shows - "Free". This should be fixed to "Used".

No it should not.  'Used' refers to the *content* of the LUN.
However, apparently the term is confusing.
Sean, any suggestions for an alternative?
Possibly we should mark the LUN as attached to another VM already, but that requires screen real-estate which is scarce.
