This bug was fixed correctly, and the last error reported has nothing to do with cores. There was another change made in subscription-manager-1.8.7-1 that required a new version of python-rhsm but the required version was not updated in subscription-manager.spec. This has now been addressed in subscription-manager-1.8.8-1. To retest with subscription-manager-1.8.7-1, python-rhsm-1.8.11-1+ is required which provides content.arches.
