Title: Updating the Compute Configuration

Describe the issue:
1) all the config file names are "nova/conf" instead of "nova.conf".

On this whole page we have commands like
# openstack-config --set /etc/nova/nova/conf ...

Obviously the conf file should be "/etc/nova/nova.conf"

2) incorrect tenant for quantum
# openstack-config --set /etc/nova/nova/conf \
   DEFAULT quantum_admin_tenant_name admin

The quantum tenant name is specified currently as "services" in "9.2.2. Creating the OpenStack Networking Identity Records".

Suggestions for improvement:
Please fix these.

There's the same "nova/conf" error in this chapter as well: "10.3.4.5.4. Configuring Virtual Interface Plugging".
