That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
install netkvm/balloon/viorng driver on win7-64 guest,installation will failed as screenshot

How reproducible:
100%
Steps to Reproduce:
1.boot win7-64 guest
2.install balloon/netkvm/viorng driver with virtio-win-prewhql-112
Actual results:
driver install failed as "Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)"
Expected results:
driver can be installed correctly.

scsi/blk/serial all hit this issue,we have filed three bugs before:

Hi Vadim,
win7-64& win2008R2 still hit this issue with build 115, error code 52.
For win2008-64, update these drivers still will fail with build 115, report error code 39.
