Description of problem:

We need the '--remove' option for removing options such as DVR for non-dvr deployments.

Yes, we have this option in RHOSP 11.

Package python-tempest-tests-13.0.0-12.bafe630git.el7ost.noarch contains implementation of --remove option. The functionality of --remove option was tested on OSP10.
