Build a package with mock (using rawhide repos)
I get this for all mock builds, and a file left in /tmp for each build.

This is a regression. It should have been fixed per bug #1002142.
Please note the files left in /tmp are owned by root and therefore can not be deleted by ordinary users!
Hopefully fixed by: * 9fdf5c4 (HEAD -> devel, origin/devel) become root user correct way [RHBZ#1312820][RHBZ#1311796] I'm still getting some error with --old-chroot, but it may be that I'm just hitting another bug. I will continue with this one.

Was the F23 build for this update missed? I cannot find it in updates-testing or bodhi, but there does seem to be a koji build for it.

Hello, I'm still getting this error in Fedora 23. This error most probably occurs only when an actual error happens in the mock. I managed to successfully build packages before but when I made some mistakes, this error hides the real error. Current mistake is probably that I only have a spec file in the git repo with no sources. I can't tell because of this error. Textbook example on Fedora wiki works fine. myconfig.cfg is copied /etc/mock/fedora-23-x86_64.cfg with MockSCM options added. This message is a reminder that Fedora 23 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 23. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as EOL if it remains open with a Fedora 'version' of '23'.
