Steps to Reproduce:
1. update to nautilus-sendto to version 1.1.4-1.fc11
2. start or restart pidgin
pidgin get frozen or crashed
pidgin works well

Is the "Nautilus Integration" plugin enabled? If so, does it crash if you disable that plugin?
I have nautilus-sendto installed on my system, but the plugin is not enabled and it does not crash.
Same thing happens here after today's rawhide update:
Disabling nautilus plugin (by manually editing $HOME/.purple/prefs.xml) stops it from freezing.

"Works for me" with nautilus-sendto-184.108.40.206-1.fc11.x86_64 (and with "Nautilus Integration" enabled).....
Already fixed in rawhide. I've also asked for an F11 tag:
