Something seems to be broken with this update. Trying to entry the audio tab in winecfg results in a crash. Looks like a pulse patch issue. Should I open a second BZ? - Gilboa
This is already filled as #541986 and actually a wine upstream issue. Run wine32 winecfg. It has nothing to do with the pulse-support.
I stand corrected. Thanks for the update.

The latest update does not work for me on F13.x86_64: yum --enablerepo='*testing' update --changelog wine <...full output in attachment...> --> Processing Conflict: wine-1.1.44-4.fc13.x86_64 conflicts wine-wow(x86-32) = 1.1.44-4.fc13 --> Finished Dependency Resolution Error: wine conflicts with wine-wow You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

There was a bug in the 1.1.44-1 to 1.1.44-3 which depending on your installation pulled in the wrong -wow package. What you see is a result of this. Either downgrade to .38 after that upgrading should work or resolve this manually. Interestingly you seem to have both wine(x86-32) and wine(x86-64) installed. Can you do a 'rpm -qa | grep wine' and post the results here... Thanks.
Created attachment 414382 [details] Requested output of "rpm -qa | grep wine" Requested output of "rpm -qa | grep wine" Yes, it seems i have wine.i686 installed. I think that is from when wine64 wasn't working for me and I wanted to play my games :) Should I just do "yum erase wine*.i686" ? Do 32bit Applications work with newer wine64?
First thanks for posting your output. With the new wine packages you cannot have both 32bit and 64bit meta packages installed because they both pull in the relevant -wow package which conflict each other (this is actually the error you are seeing when trying to upgrade). What you can do is to do a 'yum remove wine(x86-32)' and afterwards the upgrade should run fine. As to 32bit apps on 64bit (also of interest for other people): If you install the wine(x86-64) meta package everything is pulled in to allow wine to run 64bit and 32bit apps from the same wineprefix (usually ~/.wine). Sadly wine still does not do the dispatching of 32bit apps to the 32bit wine, so if you do 'wine run_some_32bit_app.exe' it won't delegate to wine32 and instead issue an error. You explicitly need to call wine32 for these tasks. If you don't need to run 64bit apps you should remove all wine 64bit packages (or if you have a clean system install wine(x86-32)) and afterwards running 'wine run_some_32bit_app.exe' will work. Just be careful with the wineprefix ~/.wine ... 32bit and 64bit prefixes cannot be mixed.
