Comment 6 Trung Lê 2025-09-12 09:42:36 UTC
Hi team

Wondering if anyone is looking into this ticket? I am more than happy to submit a Merge Request if the maintainers are too busy to take care of this ticket. I would LOVE to see the new version packaged before the Fedora 43 release date

Comment 7 Fabio Valentini 2025-09-12 09:51:03 UTC
Updating coreutils requires updating ~80 uu_* subcomponents, *and* needs to be coordinated with nushell (which uses some uu_* components internally), so it's not as easy as just one Pull Request, sadly.
